Job Description:

• Contract drafting
• Consent letters
• Novation
• In-depth contract review and analysis
• Contract redaction and clean up
• Contractual data collection and aggregation
• Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
• Supporting data room management
• Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
• Prior experience with M&A preferred.

Education/Qualifications:

• BA/BS REQUIRED. Juris Doctorate Preferred OR Para legal
• Juris Doctorate D 1-2 years experience
• BA/BS AT LEAST 6 years contract experience
• Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
